It was our dream!
Mura Mura was born from the need of finding the best possible fruit to use in our sorbets.
At Grom, we are concerned only about the organoleptic quality of the fruit, because our philosophy doesn’t allow for the use of flavorings or coloring agents and preservatives. Similarly, we are not interested in either appearance or shelf life (work only with fresh fruit). We therefore looked for the best land in Piedmont; selected cultivars of old fruit known for their taste and aroma peculiarities and collaborated with the best technicians at the University of Turin for a production method that has zero environmental impact, respectful of the needs of Mother Nature.
Hence was born Mura Mura in Costigliole d'Asti, where we grow: melons, strawberries, pears, apricots, peaches and figs.
