Cream and milk are strictly banned from Grom's extra-dark chocolate, so to obtain a sorbet with an extraordinarily persistent flavor. And so, for the lovers of the most intense chocolate flavor, we have invented something else: the combination of a sorbet of Bolivian chocolate from the incredible (and strictly organic) plantation of Cru Sauvage with chocolate chips. For the extra-dark chocolate, the chocolate chips are finely sieved as in Crema di Grom (3 mm), to melt more easily in the mouth for a better defined flavor.

"CRU SAVAGE" CHOCOLATE - BOLIVIA
In the Amazon region of Bolivia, in the heart of the rain forest, these old cacao trees which still grow wild (and therefore are strictly organic) and uncontaminated, produce a very pure chocolate which has won many international prizes. The beans of this special type of cocoa, exclusively Criollo, are very small and delicate, and every operation has to be carried out with great care, from roasting, which is done in special small roasters, to conching, which lasts for 60 hours in flat conches.
The result is extraordinary: the flavor, extraordinarily persistent, is pure and harmonious, the tannins are soft and gentle, and the very delicate sensations of bitterness and acidity accompany complex notes of prunes, orange blossom and grapefruit.

SPRING WATER
Yes, that's right! Just as you would do at home, Grom has decided to make all its fruit sorbets, its chocolate sorbet and espresso coffee with Lurisia mountain water. Lurisia mountain water has very low sodium content and thanks to its particularly well-balanced pH, it is perfect to use with the fruit from our organic farm . It's true. We're a bit crazy, but you can taste the difference!
