Only a great cultivar, such as the Tonda di Costigliole, gives us the necessary aroma to make a flavorful, slightly acidic, fresh and refreshing sorbet: almost all other varieties are in fact more generous in size but lack in flavor, making their sorbet very unpleasant. In this sorbet, offered only in July and August, you unfortunately will not see the pretty and typical reddish "dimples" characteristics of this cultivar, but you will recognize the long-lasting and fresh taste, perfect for refreshing your day!

The Tonda di Costigliole is characterized by rustic qualities which make it very suitable for organic growing: from a sensory point of view it is certainly among the sweetest and most aromatic cultivars in the world, distinguished by the pleasant texture of its flesh. The small size implies a slow and careful work to remove the pit, but the aromatic results reward us generously!
