Some say it originated in Asia, others in Africa. We have this typical summer fruit (you can find it in our stores from June to September) cultivated especially for us on the Zerbinati farm, where it is picked for GROM only when fully ripe, rediscover the special sweetness and "tropical" scents that make it the star of so many summer tables. It is very rich in vitamin A, perfectly preserved in our preparation (which blends melon with Sparea Spring Water and sugar) and which helps achieve a golden tan on sunny days during the hot summer days.
WATER FROM THE SPRING
Yes, it’s absolutely true! Just like you would do at home, GROM has chosen to make its fruit sorbets, chocolate sorbet and espresso coffee with Sparea Spring Water. The water of the Sparea Spring comes from a unique place in the Alps of Piedmont, and is a pure, extremely light water that is the best accompaniment for the fruit of our farm
