
Created by combining egg yolk, sugar, milk, flour and lemon peel, pastry cream is one of the symbols of the Italian confectioner's art. Taking inspiration from this traditional taste, we offer you our crema.But that's not all. We like to spoil you by coming up with new and originalflavours, and so to this subtle-tasting gelato we've added some fragrant little amaretto chunks, produced exclusively in our laboratory. Creamy and crunchy at the same time, this flavour is the perfect way to leave the cold winter behind and joyfully embrace the arrival of spring.
Many flavors of Italian gelato are egg-based. The eggs we use for our gelato are from cage-free hens.
At Grom, we make our amaretti according to the same philosophy used for our gelato. Our bakery uses only high-quality ingredients and a simple recipe! We use whole wheat corn flour ground on stone, butter, almonds, and apricot kernel in our amaretti. Oh, did we mention that they are Gluten Free?
