We make this flavor combining the fresh mango, the traditional Grom pastry cream and soft biscuit. The delicate taste of the cream is ideal to enhance the aroma of a sweet and fresh fruit like mango. Bumping into pieces of soft biscuits - made according to our philosophy and gluten-free - is the special effect of this flavor!
Since ancient times, this fruit has been nicknamed "food of the gods" for its goodness and beneficial powers. We use fruits of Alphonso variety. The fruit has a high sweetness, is rich in juice and able to leave even the most skeptical without words.
In order to have fresh milk daily, we chose to use high-quality milk from cows raised in Piedmont. The evaluations of the stalls and milking barn are even more rigorous: this allows us to gently pasteurize the milk, without altering its organoleptic properties, while maintaining its finest qualities.
For these delicious biscuits, we start with simple ingredients such as cage-free eggs, flour and sugar. Through the preparation process we pay particular attention in respecting all the raw materials, with the goal of perfectly blending our ingredients in one single mixture. The result? An exquisitely tasting biscuit so crumbly and soft at the same time that it will easily win anyone’s heart.
Many flavors of Italian gelato are egg-based. The eggs we use for our gelato are from cage-free hens.
