We are gelato makers with a passion for fruit and we've decided to use this experience to create fruit jams and marmalades. We always select the best that agriculture can offer, we use the fruit with care and respect and without altering it, so that it tastes good just as it is, without flavourings or colourings and with absolutely no gluten.
What makes them so special? Fruit is so extraordinary that all you need is a bit of sugar and nothing else.
Each jar has such large quantities of fruit that you can actually taste the pulp - 120g of fruit per 100 grams of jam and 60g of fruit per 100 grams for the lemon marmalade - that's why each time you open the jar you get the delightful smell of freshly-picked fruit ... try them!

To create this special gelato, we started with the fiordilatte - classic flavor of Italian gelateria - to which we added amarena cherry jam and pieces of candied cherries.
The delicate and persistent taste of fiordilatte perfectly matches the acidity of the candied cherries, the result is a refined and delicious flavor.
Gelato good as in gelateria...outside gelateria!
