We have decided to add a special touch to a flavor much adored by both children and “big children:” fiordilatte. When paired with the delicate aroma of the Pancalieri mint, a fresh explosion occurs: a flavor that seems commonplace, but is difficult to forget once you have tasted it!
In order to have fresh milk daily, we chose to use high-quality milk from cows raised in Piedmont. The evaluations of the stalls and milking barn are even more rigorous: this allows us to gently pasteurize the milk, without altering its organoleptic properties, while maintaining its finest qualities.
In our gelato, we use Pancalieri mint: a true Italian excellence known around the world. It is characterized by its aroma and freshness, so this variety of mint lends itself perfectly to accentuating our Fiordilatte gelato.
