Since antique times, tradition identifies walnuts as the fruit of good omen. Therefore, we have decided to pair the Sorrento walnuts’ unique and delicate flavorful tones with the freshness of Piedmontese whole milk. We hope that this aromatic pairing brings you the same good fortune.
The Sorrentina peninsula is the birth place of this prestigious fruit. Its elongated shape, its polished shell, and its fragrant aroma define its eloquence, making it one of the most celebrated nuts in Italy. The breeze that originates from the Mediterranean sweetly caresses the foliage of the walnut tree, giving the nut that light, yet distinct, trace of bitterness.
In order to have fresh milk daily, we chose to use high-quality milk from cows raised in Piedmont. The evaluations of the stalls and milking barn are even more rigorous: this allows us to gently pasteurize the milk, without altering its organoleptic properties, while maintaining its finest qualities.
