There are two ways to make whipped cream: instantly with a machine whose compressor incorporates air into the cream (you press a button and the cream is whipped!), or with a mixer, where air is folded into through the circular movement of a a metal beater. These two means of production produce whipped cream of very different qualities. In the first scenario, the whipped cream is unevenly full of air; in the second case, it is more uniform and tasty: real whipped cream! Obviously, it was not difficult to choose which method to use. We purchased a mixer with a patent from the 1950s to ensure that Grom’s whipped cream is really made the way it used to be! Pair the whipped cream with our cremes, with a meliga biscuit, or with strawberry or raspberry sorbet. Enjoy!
