If you think yogurt is boring you haven't tried ours: its pleasant tang is enhanced when combined with cream and a small amount of sugar. Try more traditional combinations with summer fruits (peaches, strawberries, raspberries and melons) or be more adventurous with "crema the way it used to be" or chocolate.
Yogurt is obtained by fermenting milk thanks to the use of lactic bacteria that make it pleasantly sour and rich in lactic acid, which has a beneficial effect on the digestion. We purchase this product in its simplest form - fresh whole yogurt - and use it together with milk, sugar and a bit of cream to obtain a simple but extraordinarily intense flavor.
In order to have fresh milk daily, we chose to use high-quality milk from cows raised in Piedmont. The evaluations of the stalls and milking barn are even more rigorous: this allows us to gently pasteurize the milk, without altering its organoleptic properties, while maintaining its finest qualities.
