To realize this clear and intense flavor, we use Yogurt in large quantities - half a Kg for each Kg of gelato! - whole fresh milk and cream. What makes it special? We add the peach stracciatella, made by Agrimontana with a high percentage of fruit and peach juice. Finally, we add the praline hazelnuts that make delicious this fresh and summery flavor.
Yogurt is obtained by fermenting milk thanks to the use of lactic bacteria that make it pleasantly sour and rich in lactic acid, which has a beneficial effect on the digestion. We purchase this product in its simplest form - fresh whole yogurt - and use it together with milk, sugar and a bit of cream to obtain a simple but extraordinarily intense flavor.
In order to have fresh milk daily, we chose to use high-quality milk from cows raised in Piedmont. The evaluations of the stalls and milking barn are even more rigorous: this allows us to gently pasteurize the milk, without altering its organoleptic properties, while maintaining its finest qualities.
Its distinct characteristics are its perfect round shape, its white flesh, and its intense aroma. Last but not least, our hazelnuts are easy to peel! This may seem silly, but it is a big deal: the shell is bitter and covers the natural aromas of the nut.
